Service details, timings, and recommended treatments may change after an inspection, because no two fabrics behave the same way.

3. Quotes and scheduling. Any quote we provide is based on the information you share and, where needed, our on-site or photo-based review. Want the cleanest outcome and the fewest surprises? Give accurate details about room size, fabric type, stains, pets, access, and parking.

4. Access and preparation. You’re responsible for giving us safe access to the property, moving fragile items if requested, and making sure the area is ready for service. We’ll handle the cleaning work carefully, but we can’t be responsible for hazards that were hidden or undisclosed.

5. Fabric condition and stain results. Cleaning can improve appearance, reduce odours, and lift many stains. Can we guarantee every mark will disappear? No honest cleaner should. Dye migration, wear, pre-existing damage, and fibre sensitivity can limit results, especially on older or delicate textiles.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling. If you need to change an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee if our team has already reserved the time and travelled to the site.

7. Payment terms. Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree on a different arrangement in writing. Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements may be shared during booking or on the invoice. Don’t leave it vague; it avoids awkward phone calls later.

8. Website use. You may browse the site for personal or business planning, but you must not misuse forms, scrape content, or attempt unauthorised access. Our website is here to help you book cleaner spaces, not to host experiments.
